Oyabambi pays tributes to late Senator Rafiu Ibrahim

A Chieftain of Peoples Democractic Party in Kwara State, Honourable Adetunji Oyabambi has expressed his sadness over the death of the late Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim.

Senator Ibrahim, the former lawmaker who represented Kwara South Senatorial District in the 8th Assembly died at the age of 57 on Wednesday after a brief illness.

Honourable Oyabambi in a statement described the death of the Ojoku-born politician as a irreparable loss.

“I am very devastated to hear the news of the death of my brother, late Senator Rafiu Ibrahim. He’s true politician who contributed immensely to the development of his constitutents and constitutency.

“He lived a life full of service and he will be greatly missed, not only by his immediate family but all his acquaintances.

Oyabambi prayed to Almighty God to repose his soul and also grant his family the fortitude to bear the loss.
