Otunba Oyabambi sends new year message, urges Nigerians to embrace hope and unity

A US-based philanthropist and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Otunba Adetunji Oyabambi, has extended his heartfelt New Year wishes to Nigerians, urging them to remain hopeful and united as they step into 2025.

In his New Year message, Otunba Oyabambi emphasised the need for Nigerians to approach the year with a renewed sense of purpose, resilience, and a collective determination to overcome challenges.

“Happy New Year to all Nigerians, both at home and abroad. As we welcome 2025, let us embrace this opportunity to start afresh, with hope and positivity. Despite the trials of the past year, we must remain steadfast and work together to build the Nigeria of our dreams,” he said.

Otunba Oyabambi encouraged citizens to put aside divisions and focus on fostering peace and harmony, stressing that unity is key to achieving national progress.

“We are stronger together. By promoting understanding and respect for one another, irrespective of our differences, we can create an environment where everyone thrives,” he added.

He also urged people of Nigeria, most especially Kwara State to support one another, especially the less privileged, by embodying the spirit of kindness and generosity throughout the year.

“Let us remember to lend a helping hand to those in need. True greatness comes from lifting others and working selflessly for the common good,” Oyabambi said.

Reflecting on the country’s political landscape, he called on leaders at all levels to prioritise the welfare of the people and pursue policies that promote development and justice.

“Our leaders must remain focused on delivering good governance, addressing insecurity, and ensuring that every Nigerian, regardless of background, has access to opportunities,” he advised.

Otunba Oyabambi concluded by wishing all Nigerians a peaceful, prosperous, and fulfilling 2025.

“May this year bring peace to our nation, prosperity to our homes, and joy to our hearts. Together, we can make 2025 a remarkable year for Nigeria,” he said.
