Osun 2022: People rejecting money left, right – Davido

Popular Nigerian musician, David Adedeji Adeleke, professionally known as Davido has expressed optimism that the ongoing governorship election in Osun State would be free and fair.

The award winning music star, has via his Twitter handle, revealed that the voters are rejecting monetary compensation for their votes.

He wrote, “People rejecting money being offered to them left and right in the State today … GREAT TO SEE … there is stilll hope for Nigeria”.

The Informant247 had earlier reported that Davido’s uncle who is the guber candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Ademola Adeleke, has cast his vote.
