North will vote for Tinubu for supporting Buhari – APC

The All Progressives Congress, APC has revealed that the North will repay the presidential flagbearer of the party, Bola Tinubu for giving support to President Muhammadu Buhari.

This was revealed by the Director Contact and Mobilisation Committee of the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), North-West, Aminu Jaji, on Thursday.

While speaking at the inauguration of the committee in the nation’s capital, Abuja, Jaji disclosed that votes from the North-West would be the determinant of the country’s next president.

The APC chieftain expressed belief that the former Governor of Lagos State would become the country’s leader in 2023.

While also making reference to the 2015 and 2019 election outcomes, Jaji expressed confidence that the APC would be victorious due to its popularity.

“The best thing that we can do is to pay back to Tinubu who supported our son, President Buhari to be president twice.

“It is time to pay back what the other zone did for our son; a father and a role model, President Buhari”, NAN quoted him saying.

Jaji gave an assurance that the Presidential candidate will be supported unconditionally, but should make promise that he would develop the North.
