NANS Kwara axis to equip students with digital skills in two-day workshop

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Kwara Axis, through the office of the Secretary General, has announced a call for applications for its 2-Day Skills Boost Workshop, tagged “Empowering Kwara’s Digital Pioneers.” The program aims to equip at least 200 students in Kwara State with professional skills for the digital age.

The workshop will offer courses in Content Writing, Digital Marketing, Public Speaking and Presentation, Entrepreneurship and Business Development, and Customer Service Management. These programs will be delivered through interactive workshops, hands-on projects, and mentorship sessions by experienced professionals and industry experts.

Speaking with the Secretary-General, Ahmed Funsho Hadnan, said, “The goal is to prepare the students to face challenges outside of school, fostering a state of harmony and readiness. It is clear that the government alone cannot achieve this, and we are eager to support their efforts in our unique way.”

“By participating in this workshop, students will not only gain valuable knowledge but also build connections with leaders in the industry, paving the way for future career success. The enriching experience promises to inspire and empower the next generation of digital pioneers in Kwara State,” added Ahmed.

He further mentioned that organizing this workshop is a key step in delivering on his campaign promise and bringing the vision to life as stated during his campaign.
