Kwara United vs Enyimba: NPFL outstanding fixture suffers another postponement

The highly anticipated NPFL Matchday 16 outstanding clash between Kwara United and Enyimba has been postponed once more.

In a statement issued by the NPFL Chief Operating Officer, Davison Owumi, the game, which was previously rescheduled for 15th January 2025, will now take place on Wednesday, 5th February 2025, at the Kwara State Stadium Complex, Ilorin. Kickoff is set for 4:00 PM.

This latest adjustment adds to the buildup for what promises to be an intense encounter, as fans eagerly await the showdown between these two prominent NPFL teams in Ilorin.

Meanwhile, Kwara United has resumed training ahead of the second round of the league. The team currently sit 12th on the log with 23 points. Enyimba FC are however 7th on the log with 27 points.
