Kwara United FC to unveil newly signed players on Thursday
The Management of Kwara United is set to unveil its latest acquisitions on Thursday, the 22nd of August, 2024, in anticipation of the upcoming 2024/25 NPFL season.
This was contained in a statement released by the club’s media officer, Ayodeji Ismail on Wednesday.
He said “Having recently returned to Ilorin after a month-long training tour of Ikenne and Yenagoa, where they participated in the prestigious Valuejet and Douye Diri preseason football tournaments, Kwara United is gearing up for the unveiling event.
Confirming this development, the Club Chairman, Kumbi Titiloye, emphasized that meticulous preparations have been made for the public presentation and photo session scheduled for Thursday at the grand Sugar Film Factory, located along Ajase Ipo road, Ilorin, commencing at 10:00 am.
“Titiloye elaborated that this session will serve as an avenue for the media and the general public to acquaint themselves with both the new recruits and existing players of the club”.
It would be recalled that the team announced in July that it laid off 22 players while additional 23 players are making their way into the team.
