The students, who commended the governor for the prompt release of the 2019 bursary and making it a stress-free exercise through the e-payment modalities, queried the modus operandi of the disbursement exercise

The students further passed a vote of no confidence on Prof. Sheu Abdulraheem Adaramaja who chaired the Disbursement committee over what they described as “poor work”.

“The senators lamented on the dilapidated condition of learning equipment and facilities at state-owned institutions. And the issue of school fees was also deliberated upon and the Senators urged the state government to reduce them most especially that of Kwara State University Malete because of the interest of indigent students,” the communiqué read.
