Kwara PDP Congress: Massive turnout shows readiness to reclaim Power – Saraki
Former Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has declared that the massive turnout of members at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ward congresses in Kwara State is a clear signal of the party’s readiness to reclaim power.
In a statement obtained by The Informant247 and signed by his Press Officer on Local Matters, Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir, Saraki commended the peaceful and orderly conduct of the congresses across the 193 wards of the state.
He described the exercise as a true reflection of the PDP’s unity and internal democracy, adding that the enthusiasm of members demonstrates the people’s renewed faith in the party.
Saraki congratulated the newly elected ward executives, urging them to see their positions as a call to service.
He charged them to embrace inclusivity, fairness, and dedication in carrying out their responsibilities.
The former Senate President further assured members of his continued support for the growth and cohesion of the party, while calling on stakeholders at all levels to remain steadfast as the PDP prepares for future political contests.
