Kwara monthly environmental sanitation to hold on Saturday
The Kwara State modified monthly environmental sanitation will hold on Saturday, November 28, with restriction of human and vehicular movements between 7am and 9am.
Ministry of Environment Press Secretary, Okanlawon Taiwo, enjoined Kwara residents to fully participate in the sanitation exercise by cleaning their residential and business enviroments.
He added that waste management trucks will be on the street for waste collection and disposal.
“The monitoring agencies will be on ground to monitor the compliance and it will be strictly observed across all the 16 local government in the State,” he said.
