The Director Personnel, Finance, and Supply, Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Hajia Raliat Balogun said the state is committed to delivering quality healthcare services to the citizenry.
Speaking at the inspection of new equipment at the State Central Cold Store, she added that the current administration will bring basic health facilities in the state to national standard.
Reacting earlier to the purchase of new equipment by the state government, the Executive Secretary, Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Nusirat Elelu thanked the Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq for the timely support.
She said it gives the Agency the assurance of vaccine quality and rendering the best immunization service delivery to the good people of the State.
Dr. Elelu further said that the 50KVA standby generator will be used in the State Cold Store to support the steady power supply to the Cold Room. The Thermocool Inverter freezers and Duravolt Stabilizers will be shared with the LGA Cold Store across the 16 Local Government Areas in Kwara State to boost the availability of ice packs during immunization activities.
