In a heartfelt thank you note penned by Mohammed Funsho Abdullahi, the Deputy Director for Youth Mobilization (North Central) in the 2023 APC Presidential Campaign Council, Kwara State rejoices as it secures its second ministerial slot under the presidency of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
According to the note, Governor Abdulrazaq had earlier conveyed his determination to secure two ministerial slots for Kwara State.
Abdullahi said that it appears his unwavering commitment has borne fruit with Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim’s nomination.
He emphasized the importance of achievements that serve the collective interests of the people, and in this regard, he applauded Governor Abdulrazaq’s relentless pursuit of this noble goal.
Abdullahi expressed his excitement, stating, “Indeed, the most compelling achievement is one that focuses on our collective interest as a people, I am therefore excited that Kwara has again won on this count. I congratulate His Excellency, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq, CON for tirelessly pursuing the nomination and bringing it to fruition. It is my prayers that Kwara’s relevance in our country’s governance structure would continue to expand under the leadership of Governor Abdulrasaq.”
He also took the opportunity to extend his congratulations to the two ministers-designate: Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim and Engr. Ayodele Olawande Wisdom, who has been nominated as Minister of State for Youth.
Abdullahi praised these nominations as a significant milestone in the advocacy for youth inclusion at the highest levels of governance and leadership.
“As they prepare to take office, it is my prayers that God in His mercies will bless Dr. Jamila and Engr. Ayodele with the wisdom and foresight to meet the demands of their new roles. A big congratulations!” Abdullahi concluded.
