The Department of State Services (DSS) has been orderd by the federal high court sitting in Abuja to grant the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, access to his medical and doctors of his choice.
The Informant247 gathered that in a judgment delivered on Thursday by presiding judge, Binta Nyako, dismissed the objections raised by the DSS for lacking merit.
In the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/ 2341/2022, Kanu prayed the court for leave to apply for an order of mandamus to compel the Department of State Service (DSS) to allow him to have access to his medical doctor, among others.
