The Court of Appeal, sitting in Abuja on Tuesday, sacked Mr Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, the Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly and the member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) while declaring Mr Ibrahim Abdullahi Sa’ad of the People Democratic Party (PDP), as the authentic winner of the March 18, 2023, House Assembly election in the state.
The Informant247 learnt that there had been a fear battle between the speaker of the state house of assembly, Mr Ibrahim Balarabe-Abdullahi, who is representing Umaisha Ugya constituency in the state assembly and Mr Daniel Ogah Ogazi, representing Kokona East constituency respectively, over speakership tussle, whereas the crisis had led to the emergence of two speakers.
