Ilorin court remands five for allegedly gang raping 13-year-old-girl.

The Kwara State family court, has remanded five persons in correctional Service centre for allegedly gang raping a 13 year-old girl.

The defendants who were docked on a four-count charge of criminal conspiracy, preoccupation of minor girl, rape and gross indecency are Mutiu Adebola, Gbenga Olusayo, John Samuel, Adeyemi Sunday and Kasheem Babalola.

Magistrate Sade Lawal, who presided over the matter, ordered the defendants to be remanded at Oke-kura Correctional Centre, Ilorin and adjourned the case till April 18, for further mention.

The Informant247 correspondent, Irebami Salako, reports that the case was reported to the Anti-human trafficking- Unit of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps Kwara State Command by one Lawal Olanrewaju of Airport area, Ilorin.

The defendants who took turns on the girl carried out the act in an uncompleted building and one Spring Hotel, located in Ilorin.
