Homecoming: Former Greek league player, Afeez Nosiru set to grace NPFL again, nears return to Kwara united
Afeez Nosiru, the versatile attacking midfielder, is poised for a return to the Nigeria Premier Football League.
Nosiru has been without a club since parting ways with the Greek side Panetolikis in February.
According to credible sources, negotiations have been initiated between Kwara United and the player, with the prospect of a sensational homecoming.
It’s worth noting that Nosiru previously donned the Kwara United jersey during the 2020-21 NPFL season, where he made significant contributions.
His remarkable presence extended to Kwara United’s campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup throughout 2021.
The 25-year-old midfielder boasts an impressive record, having made over 90 appearances and scoring five goals in the NPFL.
He initiated his professional career with Kwara United and also briefly plied his trade with Niger Tornadoes, garnering valuable experience along the way.
