Fire has razed a popular market on Lagos Island, Balogun Market.
The fire incident affected a plaza where ladies’ shoes are sold in the market.
Operatives of fire service from two divisions were mobilised to the affected area to extinguish the fire.
The Informant247 gathered that this would not be the first time such fire incident would occur in the market, consuming property worth billions of naira.
