Ex-Interior minister Abba Moro emerges senate minority leader

Abba Moro, the former Interior Minister and four-time Senator, has been appointed Senate Minority Leader.

Senator Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Senate, made this known at the Tuesday plenary.

The Informant247 gathered that lawmakers in the Peoples Democratic Party agreed to zone the position to the North-Central to allow for fairness and equity.

Moro is from Benue State in the North Central.
