EFCC releases suspended Accountant-General on bail

The suspended Accountant-General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris, has been released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The commission had got an order of the court to keep in custody, the suspended Accountant-General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris, for more days.

The Informant247 had reported that Ahmed Idris was arrested by the anti graft agency over alleged N80 billion fraud.

It was gathered on Thursday that the suspended accountant general was set free by the anti-graft agency on bail.
