Digprom graduates first set of students

Digprom, a digital marketing institute that trains students on the implementation of digital strategies in business and career, has produced its first group of 16 graduates.

The institute located in Ilorin, the Kwara state Capital holds her first graduation ceremony after weeks of intensive trainings.

 

The co-founder of the institute who also doubles as a trainer, Mr. Ishola kayode in his speeech encouraged the graduands to be alive in the digital world and implement the knowledge they had aquired in their daily activities.

Kayode said, “Digital marketing is a constantly evolving sector you need to constantly refresh with updates,”

He further revealed that the second set of students, whose admission is still on, will start training in few days time.

Also speaking with our correspondent immediately after the brief ceremony, a graduating student, Oki Abdulraheem commended the activities of the institute and in addition stated that “he plans to create a podcast platform where digital ideas and initiative tailored towards businesses will be shared.”

 

Haleemah Gegele another graduand disclosed she intended to utilize the knowledge aquired during the period of training to expand her “brand presence and career”.

Present during the ceremony are; the former HOD Media of Kwara PDP campaign organisation, Mr. Baba Idris; a close aide to the NBC Director-General, Mr. AbdulAzeez AbdulKareem; the Publisher of THE INFORMANT247, Mr. Shola Taofeek among other invited guests.
