Dangote Refinery reduces petrol to N835/L, making third time in six weeks
For the second time in six days and third in six week, Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals on Wednesday, announced a reviewed in its ex-depot (gantry) loading cost of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol.
The review now set a new price at N835 per litre, from N865 per litre implemented six days ago, marking a 3.5 per cent decrease.
The company notified its customers of this price reduction through a notice released on Wednesday.
This marks the third downward adjustment by Dangote in the last six weeks. Earlier, the refinery had lowered its gantry price from N880 to N865 per litre; however, oil marketers did not pass these savings onto consumers.
