Customers slam Glo staff over unfriendly treatment
In a bid to express their resentments, some disgruntled customers have apprised The informant247 of the extent of carefree behavior playing out at the Ilorin Glo Office (ETB Building, Ibrahim Taiwo Road, Ilorin, Kwara State).
One of the aggrieved customers, Sulaimon Tunde has knocked Glo staff at the Branch for perpetuating poor customer relations skills as he narrated his ordeal.
“The attitude of staff of Ilorin Glo office is so worrisome and it is not customer friendly.
“I was at the office to buy a new Sim Card and the person in charge left me half attended to go and eat. I am not saying she should not eat, but who eats during the work hours when it is not during break?” Sulaimon lamented.
Also knocking officials of the branch over poor service delivery is another fuming customer, Mr Ibrahim Abubakar who said he was at the Glo office to retrieve his Glo sim card because he was expecting an important message from the US embassy through his Glo line he lost when some miscreants attacked him on his way home the previous night.
Mr. Ibrahim rued the unfriendly treatment he and other waiting customers got from officials of the telecommunications company, saying they were asked to come back after four days to get their new sim cards after keeping them waiting for long hours without any cogent reason.
He further complained that this is not the case with other network service providers as they hold customers in high esteem and attend to them on time.
