Karmo Grade 1 Area Court, Abuja has granted bail in the sum of N5m to the federal lawmaker representing Edu/Moro/Patigi Constituency, Ahmed Abubakar Ndakene who was arraigned on allegation of certificate fraud.
Justice M. Inuwa granted the bail with one surety in the like sum.
The judge said the surety must have a landed property in Abuja.
He also asked the defendant to submit his travel passport.
He adjourned till June 10 for the continuations of trial.
Meanwhile, as at the time of filing this report, he has complied with the terms of bail and accordingly been released.
