Coach Biffo expresses concerns over ‘Pressing’ NPFL fixtures

Kwara United Technical Adviser has expressed concern over the ‘pressing’ NPFL fixtures, particularly the mid week game.

Speaking to newsmen on Wednesday after his side 1-0 victory over Wikki Tourists,  Biffo noted that the fixtures which would require teams to travel, sometimes a long distance is not ideal and could inhibits players performance.

“There’s nothing anybody can do about it. That’s the situation we  find ourselves in the country.
It’s a big problem for the league and it’s not even proper for a league to playing with that distance” Said Biffo.

Kwara United will be on the road again on Thursday as they face Abia Warriors on Sunday in the match day 4 of the NPFL.

Only few of the NPFL clubs avoid the attendant stress on the road by travelling on air.
