Campaign poster of Senator Chimaroke, PDP lawmaker, supporting Tinubu surfaces online
A campaign poster of a senator of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chimaroke Nnamani and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu, ha surfaced on social media.
The campaign poster was labelled ‘Ebano 4 Tinubu’.
The poster was seen in some parts of Enugu State, Monday and has gone viral on social media.
In the poster, Tinubu could be sighted as APC presidential candidate, while the lawmaker seeking re-election to the senate (Enugu East Senatorial District at the red chamber).
While reacting to development in social media, the federal lawmaker in a post through his handles, confessed that he has great respect for the APC presidential candidate.
He wrote, “HE Tinubu is my friend, brother and colleague. I have great respect for him, his political antecedents and his strides in governance.
“And I am very proud and well pleased with him. Anybody belly aching should go …himself”.
The Informant247 observes that the APC had earlier shortlisted the former Enugu State Governor as a member of its Presidential Campaign Council, PCC, for the 2023 election even though he’s a PDP member.
