The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has allegedly detained the Kwara state scholarship board Chairperson, Barr. Fatimah Yusuf Shehu and Secretary, Alhaji Fatai Ahmed.
According to a close source who pleaded anonymity, the board chairperson and secretary were invited yesterday for questioning but have not yet been released up till time of filling this report.
They were invited on the instance of petitions submitted against the board over the alleged embezzlement of funds meant for bursary.
