Breaking: Magistrate Court grants Sen. Rafiu Ibrahim bail
The Ilorin Magistrate Court has granted bail to Senator representing Kwara South, Rafiu Ibrahim.
Magistrate JS Soliu granted him bail on the ground that the offence is bailable.
As part of the conditions, Soliu ordered him to provide two sureties, one who must show evidence of landed property in Court Jurisdiction.
He adjourned the case until 28 of March, 2019.
