Breaking: Attah of Igala kingdom is dead
The traditional ruler of Igala kingdom, known as Attah of Igala, meaning ‘Father of the Igalas’ His Royal Majesty, Idakwo Michael Ameh Oboni II has passed on.
His death came in the wee hours of Thursday.
The cause of his death remains unknown as at the time of filing this story.
Reliable sources, however, disclosed that he passed on after a brief ailment.
Before his death, he was the chairman, Kogi State traditional council.
The late paramount was coronated on the 26th March, 2013 as the 23rd Attah of Igalaland.
