Pa Ayo Adebanjo, an elder statesman and chieftain of Afenifere, has been reported dead
According to PUNCH, Adebanjo died on Friday morning at his residence in Lekki, Lagos State, at the age of 96.
The family confirmed the death in a statement made available on Friday.
