34 dead as Kwara’s COVID-19 cases reach 1596
The total number of coronavirus cases recorded in Kwara State has reached 1596, THE INFORMANT247 reports.
This is as no fewer than 34 patients have died of coronavirus-related complications in the state.
The state currently has 180 active cases while 1382 patients have recovered.
Meanwhile, it however awaits the result of 407 more samples taken to the state NCDC designated centres for novel coronavirus tests.
In the figure released, of the 18,786 tests done so far, 11,783 have tested negative as at 12:00pm, January 14.
