2023: I won’t rule Nigeria from Dubai – Tinubu mocks Atiku
The All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has mocked his counterpart from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, saying that he won’t rule Nigeria from Dubai.
Tinubu said unlike Atiku, he would not be a part-time President who shares his time between living in Dubai and Nigeria.
Speaking during an interactive session with members of the Tijaniyya sect in Kano on Sunday, Tinubu promised to focus on confronting and surmounting Nigeria’s challenges.
In a statement by his Media Aide, Tunde Rahman, Tinubu said, “I promise to devote 100% of my time and energy to serving Nigeria.
“You will have it better with me, not 50% in Dubai in the United Arab Emirate, 50% in Nigeria.”
He further noted that top on the list of his agenda is improved electricity, security, agriculture, provision and completion of dams, and provision of quality education.
