10th NASS leadership: Betara, Gagdi step down for Tajudeen Abbas

In preparation for the 10th National Assembly inauguration, the leading aspirants for the House of Representatives Speakership, Aliyu Betara and Yusuf Gagdi, have reportedly stepped down for Tajudeen Abbas.

This is coming following a meeting between the aspirants and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima on Sunday.

Director of Media and Publicity, Tinubu/Shettima Campaign, Bayo Onanuga, made this known in a tweet via his official handle.
