WhatsApp users can’t send messages as instant messaging app faces global outage
A social media messaging app, WhatsApp, housing over 2 billion users, is currently facing an outage.
Thousands of users have lamented that Whatsapp is current facing an outage.
The social media users revealed that the outage started at about 8:4am Tuesday.
WhatsApp has therefore acknowledged the global outage.
The spokesperson of a Meta, in a statement, said: “We’re aware that some people are currently having trouble sending messages and we’re working to restore WhatsApp for everyone as quickly as possible.”
