What is the latest thing from former US President Donald Trump?

The embattled former US President, Donald Trump has always been in the news. Most of it in the recent time is about the $250 million New York civil fraud trial.

In September 2022, New York Attorney General Letitia James accused the former president of fraudulent business practices
filed a $250 million lawsuit against him.

The trial would later begin this year in October and has dragged on since then.

In his latest outburst through his Truth Platform, he seemingly renewed his attacks on the judge handling his trial in New York and the clerk, accusing them of political bias.

In what was named a “Happy Thanksgiving” post he described the judge and the staff as “the Racist & Incompetent Attorney General of New York State, Letitia “Peekaboo” James”, “the Radical Left Trump Hating Judge, a “Psycho,” Arthur Engoron” and “his Politically Biased & Corrupt Campaign Finance Violator, Chief Clerk Alison Greenfield”.

Trump, in the same post called President Joe Biden “crooked” and addressed “all of the other Radical Left Lunatics, Communists, Fascists, Marxists, Democrats, & RINOS, who are seriously looking to DESTROY OUR COUNTRY.”

It would be recalled that the Judge had earlier placed a gag on Trump after making critical comments about his law clerk in the media.

However, a New York appeals court last week temporarily blocked the gag order and issued a stay following his attorneys’ appeal to the order he described as “unconstitutional.”

The stay is expected to be in effect until at least Nov. 27, when a panel of appeals court judges will consider the issue.

Court security officials had said in affidavit that Death threats and antisemitic rants ‘inundated’ Justice Arthur Engoron and his law clerk after Trump attacked them on social media.

Trump has been fined twice  for a total of $15,000 after the Judge discovered that he had violated the order while it was still in place.

His lawyers however contended on appeal that the fines were excessive and the judge didn’t follow proper procedure when he imposed them.

Former President Trump has been relatively battling several legal issues as he seeks for another reelection bid in the upcoming 2024 US Presidential elections
