Tinubu meets Kwankwaso behind closed-door in Abuja
Nigerian President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently in a meeting with former Kano State Governor and the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), in the February 25 presidential election, Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, at the presidential villa, Abuja.
It was gathered that Kwankwaso arrived at the Aso Rock Villa minutes around 05:30 pm.
It could be recalled in mid-May that, Kwankwaso and Tinubu met for four hours in Paris, France, where they discussed Kwankwaso’s potential involvement in the new administration as Tinubu’s “government of national unity” takes shape.
However, the reason for Friday’s meeting is not yet known.
