Tinubu meets Abdulsalami Abubakar behind closed-door

Nigerian President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently in a closed-door meeting with the former military head of state, Abdulsalami Abubakar, at the presidential villa, Abuja.

According to a video shared by the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), the president was on hand to receive Abdulsalami as he alighted from his vehicle.

Both leaders exchanged pleasantries alongside their aides before moving to the president’s office for a meeting.
