SHAGAYA rejoices as Gov AbdulRazaq appoints Gadaff as SA Youth Empowerment

Mallam Muktar Tolani Shagaya, the All Progressives Congress, APC candidate for the Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency has felicitated Honourable Sulaiman Lekan Gadaff on his appointment as the Special Assistant on Youth Empowerment to the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.

SHAGAYA has described the new appointee (Gadaff) as someone who’s well known for his competence and ability to deliver responsibility assigned him.

“I warmly congratulate Honourable Sulaiman Lekan Gadaff on his appointment. I am particularly happy that His Excellency, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq found him worthy of this rare honor which goes beyond him as an individual.
