Senator Mustapha congratulates new Oloro of Oro, Oba Joel Titiloye
The Senator representing Kwara Central, Saliu Mustapha, has congratulated Oba Joel Olaniyi Oyatoye Titiloye on his ascension as the new Oloro of Oro Kingdom.
In a statement through his media aide, Nasif Sholagberu, Senator Mustapha praised Oba Titiloye’s appointment by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, describing it as “a round peg in a round hole,” highlighting the monarch’s suitability for the esteemed role.
The senator commended the state government for promptly presenting the staff of office to the new monarch, a gesture that underscores the government’s trust in Oba Titiloye’s leadership.
Senator Mustapha described Oba Titiloye as a young and visionary leader with the wisdom, patience, and leadership skills needed to guide Oro Kingdom to greater heights.
He expressed confidence that the kingdom will thrive under the new monarch’s leadership and play a vital role in the social, cultural, and economic progress of Kwara State.
Additionally, Mustapha praised the monarch’s dedication to promoting Nigeria’s cultural heritage, noting Oba Titiloye’s role in showcasing the Ilorin Durbar at an international cultural event in Canada.
The senator called on the people of Oro Kingdom to rally behind their new monarch, emphasizing the importance of unity for a peaceful and prosperous reign.
