Ramadan begins tommorow, Sultan declares

The Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’ad Abubakar III, has declared Friday, the first day of Ramadan fast in Nigeria.

Abubakar announced the sighting of the new crescent on Thursday in a television broadcast.
