Police arrest 17-yr-old boy who allegedly impregnate 10 ladies in Rivers
The Police Command in Rivers State has arrested a 17-year-old boy, Noble Uzuchi over alleged impregnation of 10 ladies.
The saga was confirmed in a statement released on Friday, by the spokesperson of the police Command, Grace Iringe-Koko.
Iringe-Koko revealed that the suspect was apprehended alongside his accomplice, a 29-year-old Chigozie Ogbonna.
Report has it that the two and 2 other ladies, Favour Bright and Peace Alikoi, were running a baby factory in the state.
The image maker of the police Command said investigations indicated that the leader of the syndicate paid victims the sum of N500,000 when they give birth to new babies and sold off their babies.
It was reported that some of the babies already delivered in the houses were sold.
The mouthpiece of the police Command confirmed that the 10 pregnant ladies have been rescued and that 2 suspects have been arrested.
