The pioneer First Lady of Kano State, Ladi Bako has passed away at 93.
The Informant247 learned that the Ladi Bako was the wife of the first Governor of the state, Audu Bako.
Audu Bako led the old Kano State as a military Governor from May 1967 to July 1975.
This was revealed to newsmen by her daughter, Zainab Bako on Wednesday April 5.
She said nonagenarian gave up the ghost at Prime Specialist Hospital in Kano following protracted illness.
The pioneer First Lady would be given final respect at the palace of the Emir, Kofar Kudu, Kano.
