Oyabambi mourns Chief Rex Olawoye
The gubernatorial candidate of United Democratic Party (UDP) in the 2019 general elections, Otunba Adetunji Oyabambi has expressed deep sadness over the passing of an All Progressive Congress chieftain, Chief Rex Olawoye, who died on Thursday Afternoon.
Otunba, in a condolence message issued from his media office, on Friday described Olawoye’s death as a great loss, not only to his family but the state.
He said, “We received, with the deepest shock, the death of Baba Rex. He was a gentleman, who contributed greatly to the otoge movement in 2019.
“Olawoye was an embodiment of humility, excellence, and excellence. He will be greatly missed.”
He prayed that God grants Olawoye’s family the fortitude to bear the loss.
