Democracy may be the best form of governance, its beauty radiates on programs, policies and ideas which are sustainable.
Governance without adherence to law is illegal, is a popular statement in a democratic system, we under-cultivate its meaning not due to our limited knowledge but our insincerity, greed and lack of patriotism.
We dream of platform for social and economic development, we pretend to love the face of development but its appearance scares us and we retire to the comfort zone of our homes to laugh at the pains of others.
A brilliant student of Mathematics, if blessed with brilliant teacher, would need little retentive memory but understanding of formulae.
There’s no sustainable policy, program or idea if right formula isn’t applicable. Life is about the right formula and it starts from understanding the right formula to live healthy.
Death has five words, eat carries 60%. Eating good and appropriate food combinations sustain you with 60% degree of reality. You may consult @Nax Tee for details.
We continue to record stumbling or failed policies, programs and ideas because of our insensitivity to right formulae.
A brilliant student of Mathematics would be more concerned about the right and appropriate formula than getting the right answer. A dull student strive to either memorize the answer or copy the right answer but you may have the right answer and still score zero, when you get the formula wrongly.
Every new government starts to impress and appeal to the people. Roads rehabilitation, payment of workers’ salaries, among others, but are they sustainable?
My understanding of advocacy and consistency to my believe has long history with my clarity of conspiracy of the ruling elites. I don’t settle for less but not when the less enveloped with the right formula.
Good Governance has its rules; Rule of law, Transparency, Accountability, Participatory, Consensus Oriented and Efficient and Efficiency. Adhering and working around these qualities doesn’t only establish appealing Governance, it also sustains social and economical development.
Kwara Social Audit could be best described as a handsome groom with unserviceable legs – separator.
Without Right to Information, social audit can’t exist and what the state government is proposing can’t be defined as Social Audit.
The Advocacy for Freedom of Information that gives CSOs, NGOs and interested groups the independent right to Information should be louder than before.
Lastly, I want to appeal to AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Executive Governor of Kwara state to kindly and patriotically build right formulae for a sustainable development.
God bless Kwara state!
