Only southern candidate can win election for you – Akeredolu tells APC
The Governor of Ondo State, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has told his party and its stakeholders that it is necessary for the party to zone its ticket to the south.
According to the Chairman of the Southern Governors’ Forum, the APC needs to ensure just circulation of power between the south and the north.
Recall that the Governor was on Wednesday evening, appointed the Chairman of Security and Compliance for the party’s convention.
On Thursday, the Governor, via his personal Facebook page, motivated his fellow governors in the southern part of the country that presidential power needs to be returned to the south.
