Speaking on the importance of water, The ANRiN Project Manager said the importance of water cannot be over-emphasized as it helps to transport the ingested food, aid digestion and regulate the body temperature and advised that people should drink water as many times as they feel like, noting that inadequate intake of water makes the urine yellowish and there are no hard and fast rules on the quantity of water to take per day.
