Nothing will stop general elections – Lai Mohammed
The Federal Government has said that the 2023 general election will proceed as planned.
The Informant247 recalls that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) raised alarm that the general election could be postponed as a result of security threats and challenges across parts of the country.
Reacting, the federal government assured the citizens that the general elections would proceed as scheduled.
The minister of Information and Culture Minister, Alhaji Lai Mohammed said nothing will stop the elections.
