The president elect Senator Bola Tinubu on Thursday May 4th said the unity of Nigeria is not to be negotiated.
The former Governor of Lagos State made this revelation while appreciating the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike for bringing him to the state to inaugurate a Magistrate Court Complex newly constructed by his government.
He described his relationship with Wike despite differences in political party affiliations as an example of unity.
He said Nigerians need to tolerate one another and live peaceful lives.
“I take a different angle to what Wike has done here today, he is fighting corruption … If you don’t want your judges to be corrupt, you must pay attention to their welfare,” the president elect hails Wike.
“Thank you for the role you have played in inspiring development on all fronts,” the Tinubu praises Wike’s wife, Eberechi Wike.
The Informant247 learned that the Rivers State Governor named the project after his wife — a judge at a High Court in the state.
