This comes amid rumours the APC Northern Governors are not in support of the choice of Shettima, former Governor of Borno State as Tinubu’s running mate.

UNIJOS, UNN, KWASU top varsities with illegal admissions –JAMB
The latest statistics made available by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board to newsmen in Abuja on Thursday revealed the top 10 universities with illegal admissions in Nigeria.
The statistics covered four years (2017-2020).
According to the board, a total of 58,698 fake admissions were conducted by the 10 institutions during the period under review.
Ekiti records 74 new cases of COVID-19
Ekiti State has recorded seventy-four new cases of COVID-19.
In a statement in Ado Ekiti, the State Commissioner for Health and Human Services, Dr Oyebanji Filani explained that the new cases were recorded after the Eld- EL- Kabir celebration.
The health commissioner noted that there was a significant decline in the number of positive COVID-19 cases and low occupancy in the isolation centres before the Eid El Kabir celebrations which occurred early this month.
