~SET UP ELECTORAL COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT ELECTION.
The National acting president, Com. Dosumu Kamal and Director-General, Yusuf Muhammed of the National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) have been alledged to have collected over 8 million naira, without proper documentation, by the union’s Treasurer, Com. Erubu.
Erubu while making this disclosure through a letter written to the Senate President, and read at the floor of the house, noted that the acting president and Director-General have been collecting money from different quarters and spending out such without the consent of the other executives including the Financial Secetary.

LETTER OF PETITION
I am writing this letter to notify you of the injustice and lack of regard for the union’s constitution being perpetuated by the Acting president and the General Secretary.
The duo have been collecting some certain amount ofmoney, including a 8 million naira from the scholarship board, without passing through my office and also spending out the received money without proper documentation and consent of the necessary quarters which is contrary to the section of the Union’s constitution.
I am therefore, urging your distinguished chamber, to investigate this issue to save the integrity of our most revered Union.
Please accept, distinguished Senate President, the assurance of my highest consideration.”
However, the Senate President referred the matter to the judicial council for further investigation and mandated them to give feedback to the senate council at the next senate sitting.
Also, the senate unanimously reached a resolution for the reinstatement of the suspended president, Com. Hafiz Oyedepo who had been on suspension for over nine months.
