Manchester City has shown interest in signing West ham midfielder, Declan Rice.
Earlier, Arsenal have had two of their bids for Rice rejected and are preparing the third bid.
Manchester City views Rice as a replacement for Ilkay Gundogan who is on the verge of joining Barcelona.
Reports say City are prepared to pay £75m + £15m in bonuses payable across two years for Rice.
West Ham has agreed to let Rice go this summer but is only interested in a deal worth £120m if he is to depart the London side.
